Venue Notes

The rental fee is $500 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $500 to $1,000 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr.
