Embassy Suites Seattle-Bellevue is a full service hotel with 240 spacious two-room suites, conveniently located right off I90 interstate only 12 miles from downtown Seattle with easy access from SeaTac airport and around the region. We have 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space including beautiful banquet rooms and a 5 story atrium. Overnight guests enjoy two-room suites, complimentary breakfast with made-to-order omelets and an evening reception of soft drinks, snacks and beer, wine and mixed drinks for adults. A great opportunity for additional networking, relaxing or socializing! Onside restaurant, swimming pool and fitness center for further comfort and convenience. Parking is free and plentiful for Hotel guests and for even attendees. Onsite staff include a dedicated sales manager and professional banquet staff committed to helping you plan your event and serve your attendees to ensure a successful experience. There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $500 and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $150/hr.Amenities And Requirements
