Venue Notes

The rental fee is $1,500 for a reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $500 to $700 with. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required.

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- Beer and wine only- Music must end by 10:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations
