Venue Notes

Venue Facility Fee: Off-Season starts at $4,000 and Peak season starts at $6,000. Final venue pricing based on guest count, time of the year and holidays. Venue Facility Fee includes: 5 Hour rental for ceremony & reception, staff & bartenders, reception tables & chairs, white ceremony chairs, white or ivory linens & napkins, china & glassware, dance floor, cake cutting services, wedding rehearsal, venue set-up & breakdown & complimentary parking.

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors only- Candles must be enclosed in a container- Catering provided by venue- Food & beverage minimum- Music must end by 11:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No rice, birdseed, glitter, confetti- No silk rose petals- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations- Wedding coordinator required
