Breaux Vineyards Overview
Breaux Vineyards, located in Loudoun County, is one of the most desired destinations in Virginia for an elegant vineyard wedding. The 400-acre estate vineyard is home to some of the most beautiful views of rolling vines, and is sure to offer the most picturesque background for your most memorable day. Extending up the Short Hill Mountain and nestled in between the hills, the expansive private setting will leave guests talking about your event for years to come. Exchange vows on the beautifully manicured private terraces nestled in the vines, then dance the night away in the stunning Grand Acadia room. Elegant with crystal chandeliers, hardwood flooring, a large fireplace, and panoramic outdoor views showcasing the vines, the Acadia is designed for a fabulous reception. The rental fee is during peak season May - October is $8,500 for Saturdays and $6,500 for Fridays or Sundays. Non-peak pricing for November-April pricing is: $6,500 for Saturdays and $4,500 for Sundays-Fridays. The site includes an 8 hour rental broken down into 2 hours for set up, 5 hours of event time and 1 hour for clean up. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A refundable security deposit of $1,600 is required. If you offer wine, it must be Breaux wine with respect to the ABC laws. Wine is offered at a 20% discount off of the retail price for weddings. - Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- BYO alcohol- Choose from a list for catering- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 11:00PM- No glitter, confetti, balloons, etc.- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations- Wedding coordinator required- Wheelchair access limited
