The rental fee is $3,000 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum of $95 per person applied to all events. The rental fee for a ceremony is $1,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,000/hr. There is a 100 guest count minimum.Amenities And Requirements
