Located on 236 stunning private acres, the picturesque Dell-Lea is a premier full-service wedding venue in New Hampshire. The renovated 230-year-old barn provides unrivaled rustic elegance for your special day. Centrally located between Manchester, Concord and Portsmouth, the historic Dell-Lea comfortably accommodates up to 200 guests in a climate-controlled environment. With only one event per day, Dell-Lea assures your privacy. We also make planning easy by providing on-site catering, a full liquor license and day-of coordination. The rental fee ranges from $3,800 to $6,600 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The fee for a ceremony $1,350 with reception rental.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Biodegradable throwables only- Catering provided by venue- Food & beverage minimum- Music must end by 10:30PM- No hay inside venue- No open flames, flying lanterns or sparklers- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only
