Venue Notes

The site rental fee is between $4,350 and $5,850 depending on your guest count and includes a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception for a total of 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time (which we take care of). The site fee also includes a day-of wedding coordinator, standard floor-length linen, champagne toast, a customized menu and floor plan, and so much more. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $1,200. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $400/hr. All packages are customizable for your specific event needs.
