Gilbert Cellars Winery Overview
Just 20 minutes from downtown Yakima, your guests will enjoy the Amphitheater resting at the base of a rolling green lawn, the Cave Patio which faces our basalt barrel room, our rustic atmosphere of the WWII-era Quonset Hut, and our brand new expansive event Lawn. Gilbert Cellars Winery offers sprawling views of Ahtanum Ridge, apple orchards, vineyards, and rows of French lavender. Gilbert Cellars creates its handcrafted wines on the property, as Yakima’s wine country sunshine illuminates the stunning natural details of this destination venue.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $2700 to $4900 for a ceremony and reception and includes 10 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. There is a minimum purchase of 1 case of wine per every 20 guests. Reception tables and chairs included in venue rental. MAX CAPACITY IS 120 PEOPLE. - Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- Children must be supervised at all times- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:00PM- No candles or open flames- No flower petals, glitter, bird seed, rice- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking- No sparklers or fireworks- Wedding coordinator required- Wheelchair access limited
