18 Label Studios Overview
18 Label Studios, and The Annex at 18 Label, are located in the heart of Montclair, NJ, just twelve miles outside New York City. We are a full-service, 8,000 square-foot, film and photography studio, and event space. We offer the accommodations of a Manhattan-based studio, but with a more personalized touch. 18 Label studios are a creative destination that places emphasis on a high level of service. Designed to cater to photographers, agencies, producers, filmmakers, and brands alike, our facility offers four daylight rental photography studios. The Annex at 18 Label, our newest studio space, features a connected lounge with a kitchen and bar, and a club room.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $4,000 to $7,500 and includes 10 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The Annex, our smaller venue, starts at $2,000 depending on the day of the week. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 per studio is required.Amenities And Requirements
