UTEC is an ideal venue for weddings, both casual and formal, small and large. The beautiful and historic Main Hall easily customizes to your style, setup, and theme. Dress it up with simple centerpieces and event lighting or fully transform the space with elaborate decor - your choice! Impress your guests while allowing the staff to help make your day all that you've imagined. We also have smaller event spaces that can be used for either smaller gatherings or as cocktail hour space during transitions. UTEC's Event Facility offers the perfect mix of historic and modern, all under one roof. The original church was built in 1839, with a major renovation and addition in 2012 earning it the title of "World's Oldest Green Building." Anyone who appreciates architecture, sustainable design, historical details, and innovative spaces will be wowed by this unique venue. UTEC offers incredible catering services. Whether you need scones for a wedding brunch or want a hearty buffet with meats and sides, the in-house catering team can make it happen. Using local herbs and vegetables when possible, professional chefs and UTEC program participants work together to create menu offerings to fit all tastes and budgets. Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $1,700 for a reception and ceremony and includes 7 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Smaller spaces are $100 per event hour. Rates include tables, chairs, set-up, break-down and venue staff.
