Perry Park Country Club Situated in a quiet, intimate and peaceful mountain setting on the shores of Lake Wauconda, Perry Park Country Club is a unique venue unlike any other in Colorado. Located in Larkspur, about halfway between Denver and Colorado Springs, Perry Park Country Club will make certain every moment of your wedding and reception is a lasting memory. After exchanging your vows with the striking contrast of blue water, red rocks and green foliage in the background, you'll hop in a golf cart to capture those first, intimate moments as newlyweds on the golf course with your photographer while your guests enjoy the cocktail hour in the century-old clubhouse or on one of two decks overlooking the lake. Later, you and your guests will enjoy dining and dancing amidst the 19th-century charm of the Manor House, savoring the fine cuisine of the Executive Chef. The combination of attentive service, the feeling of privacy, unique rustic mountain surroundings and fine cuisine will make it an evening to remember. Venue Notes

The site fee ranges from $3,000-$5,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 10 hours of time at the venue, including set up and clean up time. The entire clubhouse can be rented out for your event for an additional $1500-$3000 (for parties of 130-170 guests). There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events ranging from $3,000-$6,000 during the high season months of May-October. Please note venue is unavailable for event rental on Mondays as well as the first 3 weeks of January each year. Prices are subject to change.
